An important part of a weight loss program is exercise. A sound diet will make sure your body doesn’t get more energy than it needs. The use of carbohydrate blocker pills, such as Dietrine, will help you achieve this balance between the food you eat and the calories you expend. But you need to use up the energy that is already stored by your body as fat. This is best accomplished by exercise. Taking brisk walks after meals is ok, exercising half an hour per day is good, going to a gym for an hour or so five days a week is perfect. There is no need to starve or exhaust yourself. Diet control and exercising can be fun with a bit of thinking and a positive attitude.
